Solo Singer & Pianist

With a degree in music and over 25 years of performance experience, Vanessa is a successful and experienced solo singer/pianist/keyboard player living in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire but performing all over the UK.

She specialises in weddings, private events and corporate functions, tailoring the music accordingly.

Performing popular covers, Vanessa has performed for The Conservative Party twice, Jaguar Land Rover, Mothercare plc, Cath Kidston Ltd, Sea Containers London, Hilton Hotels, Burton’s Biscuit Company, Sopwell House Hotel, Southampton University, Lafarge Holcim, DP World London Gateway, Bentley’s Oyster Bar, Cast Alum Ltd and many others.

Vanessa has performed for many, many weddings in venues such as The Gherkin, Chiswick House, Kew Gardens, Soho Farmhouse, Hedsor House, Fanhams and Pennyhill Park, and for private parties in Leeds Castle, Brocket Hall and Boodles in London, including at many private homes.

With no set times, feel free to discuss what you would like and any timings that you’re thinking of, and with a repertoire of over 300 songs, she can perform for up to five hours, taking just short breaks.

Vanessa performed at our wedding on 5th August at The Sculpture Gallery, Woburn. From start to finish Vanessa was so fabulous to deal with; she was so friendly and flexible with song choices and her availability to meet and speak on the phone. The music sounded just gorgeous through the gallery as I walked down the aisle and through the wedding breakfast, thank you Vanessa x

Until very recently Mark Hussey has been a well kept secret amongst guitarists from all over the globe. His compositions, arrangements and performances have been studied by thousands of aspiring and professional performers. Mark, largely a self taught musician has developed a unique style and approach to classical music fusing flamenco techniques, jazz tones and contemporary melodies. Despite his Doctoral degree from the University of Oxford in Virology he has become a force in guitar and is already an authority in both classical and fingerstyle guitar communities. He draws his influence largely from the great Paco de Lucia, Julian Bream and jazz legend Joe Pass. Mark’s attention to detail and sound quality in every note is unmistakable and always adds a touch of light hearted humour to his shows. Albums include the critically acclaimed ‘Concierto de los sueños’ and solo classical guitar album ‘Laid back’

Clive started his musical career playing trumpet and piano in the Royal Marines Band Service. During his eight and a half years in the Royal Marines he travelled extensively throughout the world, often on-board The Royal Yacht Britannia performing for Her Majesty The Queen and other members of the Royal Family. Since leaving The Royal Marines Clive has performed, directed and been recorded in various musical genres including West End shows, Orchestras, Big Bands, Jazz Ensembles and various Commercial/Corporate events and more recently in 2010 has performed and recorded for Sting with The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra on his Symphonicities Tour.

Clive is also busy with Music Production and in conjunction with Nick Pugh and the studio of Session Corner produces albums and music for TV and the stage. A complete package is available including Arranging, Composing, Recording and Videos for EPKs.

For sale are three albums of his own including a recording of his vocal group, ‘Clive Dunstall’s Voxtet,’ his debut jazz trio album, ‘Notable Impressions’ and ‘Nightingales and Rainbows’ with his wife, soprano Mandy Watsham Dunstall. All albums are available from this website.

Chez Tayor has an addiction to jazz, funk and soul. Doubling sax with flute, and clarinet has led her to play such main stages as Wembley Stadium (London), The NIA (Birmingham), Newton’s Nation (Australia), Alliance Francaise (Zambia) and many more. Her performances have been acclaimed by the likes of The British Arts Council and The BBC.

Chez has been lucky to support some fantastic artists such as Jools Holland, Nile Rogers, Jaz Dhami, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Thunder, Tony Hadley, Shane Richie and Gareth Gates, as well as leading record labels such as Hed Kandi and Sony Music.

Polished, unique and dependable, Chez Taylor is quickly becoming a prominent female artist on the London jazz and pop scene

Barry is an honours graduate of the Grove School of Music, Los Angeles, majoring in Composition, Arranging and Conducting. On returning from the States he took the role of Musical Director/Arranger at the prestigious Sporting Club in Monte Carlo, working alongside such stars as Whitney Houston, Natalie Cole, Kool & The Gang and the great Sammy Davis Jnr. Following his time in Monte Carlo Barry has toured extensively with various groups, including The Temptations, Three Degrees, Supremes, Odyssey and Rose Royce and has also worked with Michael Ball, Lesley Garratt, Kevin Spacey, Cliff Richard, Kiki Dee, Madeline Bell, Paul O’Grady, Des O’Connor, Bradley Walsh, and Tony Hadley.

More recently he has worked as Musical Director for Jane McDonald as well as his very good friend Brendan Cole, including 4 UK tours and a live DVD.

I wanted to send Acoustik a big thank you for attending our Red Bull Air Race Partner event on Saturday. They were an absolute delight and I have had nothing but positive feedback about their vocals and performance. RBAR also highly appreciated that they learnt their signature song and sang it so well

Wow what can I say except wow! I fell in love with Chloe’s voice on You Tube and knew I had to have her sing at my wedding. Needless to say she was even better in person. I think she’s incredibly talented and my guests have not stopped praising her. As soon as I heard her sing as I started my walk down the aisle I burst into happy tears. Perfect singer for my perfect day. Thank you Chloe I’ll never forget you for making our day so very special xxx
